This blog is a place that strives to embrace and celebrate young people for who they are, where they are - with no strings attached. We try our best to foster a safe space where young people can feel respected and accepted in their own skin. My brother Scotty and I make all the pictures for The Love Yourself Challenge unless stated otherwise. Our pictures and messages are inspired by negative thoughts or lived experiences and then are turned into a positive and encouraging picture. We hope that our pictures give hope and perspective to people who are struggling with body image, self-hate, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and eating disorders.
